I had an interview on Wednesday the 24thof June. I believe it went really well and my parents did to which makes me feel really proud. Now I am going to tell you about how I prepared my cue cards and how I presented them with my learning portfolio. I used my cue cards with dot points which suits me quite well because I find it hard to look up when I read something but this makes it a lot easyer. Finally I really hope all the interviews that are left go really well and they are proud of there speeches.  

We have been reading a story about a boy called Storm Boy. After we read some pages we get set a task to do which may involve re-writing the text that we just read in our own words. I enjoy doing the work on Storm Boy because I believe it tells you a lot about how the people in that area used to live and what they believed in. I hope we do more tasks about Storm Boy and keep reading the book and watch the movie after we have finished the book.

This week in our session we learnt about not to smoke and what it can do to you. We also learnt about the chemicals inside, some consists of Ammonia, Butane and Nicotine. We also got put in a position when a friend would try to get us to get us to smoke and if we didnt they would not be my friend. I learnt alot about the chances of getting a disease when you smoke and it will help me in the future not to smoke. Thank You to the people for coming in and educating us.

In the last few weeks we have being doing Abstract art in our art lessons. It can be challegeing because if you make a art peice you sometimes dont know what to call it. I have enjoyed the challenge because I have never done this sort of art before. Also sometimes I made a peice and I don’t know what it looks like which means I don’t really know what to call it. A word of advice if you look at it first and say “wow” I can’t do that well you can because I am not a really good artist but i found it pretty easy to be honest.

This quote stood out to me because it has a right to the point meaning and it is very simple and short.

In my opinion this quote has a very strong meaning about leadership. That is you can practice all you want with words, but if you have a bad Attitude you can’t really call yourself a leader. For example Glenn McGrath he doesn’t like to say much before the game but he shows his actions on the field. I believe this quote like I said before that it has a very strong meaning that if you take action and have a good attitude you can call yourself a leader. So all up I believe that if you have the right attitude you are on the way to becoming a world leader. 

Well personally i believe leaders are made by how they work hard and show it in there achievement. I also think our Inquiry Assessment that my quote has a very strong meaning to it about this post. Here is my quote

I believe that the connection is that the quote has a very strong meaning about how that if you action being a leader you can and probably get alought more further in life and in your job. I also believe leaders are made because if you were born a leader it would make life to easy. For example if I was born a leader I would find life so much easyer because i would not have to go for my sport teams captin because I am a leader. So in  the end my Opinion is that Leaders are made because life is hard not easy. 

This is my last year of primary school so i am going to do lots more posts. this is the second day of term and i am enjoying it getting lots of pencils and pens and more. but now i want to get good grades and and go out on a good note. This is a great year because i have got most of my friends in my class. In a way it is kind of scarry how it is my last year of primary school and i remember when i was going to school on my first day. Seya from langer11 MORE POSTS COMING!!! 

This is a fun game that you will very much injoy. You make cannons and deffend your castle there is 10 levels. I hope you like this game castle defence.

A couple of my plants have died but i have got 1 plant with tamatos growing on it and everything has grown. But also i have been a bit slack in the watering so you will have another update soon.
