The book I am reading is called the Phoenix Files by Chris Morphew. It is the first book in this series and has lots of twists and turns in it. At the start Luke Hunter finds out that he is moving to Phoenix a newly built town that seems to perfect to live in. The main reason for leaving was because of his parnets spliting up for a unknown reason. He has found it hard to get used to the new town because you can not contact outside the town from inside. He quickly makes some friends and find out that there is a massive plot to destroy the world in 100 days and these are the only kids who know about it. They have to think quickly to solve this problem because Luke is worried about his father because he can’t get in contact with him. So he is trying to leave the town through a back exit with his friends to get to a place were he can contact his father.
I really recommend this book because it is a great book if you like books if you don’t know what is going to happen. At the start of every chapter it says how many days are left. This is a great book and if you read it you will like it no matter what.

Impressionistic art uses colour, line and shape to express the artist’s thoughts and feelings and ideas.
I chose to to do my art peice like it because I thought how I was feeling and drew lines and half cicles in all differnet directions. I called it krazy because it looked like things going everywere and when I looked at it and Krazy came to my mind.
I chose to do lots of different colours because I could not decide what sort of colour shcems I would do so I just did all different colours. Also because Krazy I believe means lots of things going on which means lots of colours. I am happy with my art peice and think I did a really good job.

I had an interview on Wednesday the 24thof June. I believe it went really well and my parents did to which makes me feel really proud. Now I am going to tell you about how I prepared my cue cards and how I presented them with my learning portfolio. I used my cue cards with dot points which suits me quite well because I find it hard to look up when I read something but this makes it a lot easyer. Finally I really hope all the interviews that are left go really well and they are proud of there speeches.
